The Villa offers a large fresh water, sport bottom, 32' x 22' private swimming pool with a tanning shelf, cool LED lighting and sleek waterfall, surrounded by a 2000 SF deck with loungers, umbrellas, outdoor couch and covered Verandah.

The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ready for meal preparation, or you can BBQ on the pool patio and dine alfresco. There are four dining areas, inside and outside dining tables, high-top and kitchen island bar.
